Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2020
At Cabinets.deals, we are committed to providing high-quality Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinetry and closet products. Our Limited Warranty provides coverage against defects in materials and workmanship when products are properly assembled, installed, and maintained according to our guidelines.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products used under normal residential conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
Cabinets.deals provides the following limited warranty coverage:

| Paint, Stain, and Laminate Finishes | 1-Year Limited Warranty against peeling, cracking, or discoloration under normal residential use |
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
2. Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be purchased directly from Cabinets.deals or an authorized dealer.
- The claimant must be the original purchaser.
- The product must be used in a normal residential environment.
- The product must be properly assembled, installed, and maintained.
- The product must be used according to its intended purpose.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to commercial, industrial, rental, or improper applications unless otherwise approved in writing.
3. Assembly, Installation & Maintenance Requirements
Warranty coverage depends on proper handling and care of the product.
Assembly Requirements
Cabinets must be assembled:
- According to the provided assembly instructions.
- Using appropriate tools and installation methods.
- Without unauthorized modifications or alterations.
Improper assembly may void warranty coverage.
Installation Requirements
Cabinets must be installed:
- According to applicable building codes and installation guidelines.
- Properly secured to walls and supporting structures.
- Used within recommended weight limits.
Damage caused by improper installation is not covered.
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Clean cabinets using a soft cloth and mild cleaning products.
- Avoid excessive moisture and standing water.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and solvents.
- Protect surfaces from unnecessary impact or damage.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Installation & Usage Issues
- Improper assembly, installation, or storage.
- Modifications, alterations, or resizing of cabinets, doors, or components.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Overloading shelves, drawers, or cabinet components.
Environmental Damage
- Water damage, leaks, flooding, or excessive moisture exposure.
- Damage caused by humidity, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions.
- Damage caused by improper ventilation or storage.
Cosmetic Issues & Normal Wear
- Normal wear and tear.
- Minor scratches, chips, dents, or handling marks.
- Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish.
- Normal fading or discoloration caused by sunlight or UV exposure.
Cleaning & Maintenance Damage
- Damage caused by abrasive cleaners.
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, or improper cleaning methods.
Non-Covered Products
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
- Trim pieces
- Mouldings
- Toe kicks
- Fillers
- Plywood panels
- Skins
- Other accessory items
- Final Sale or clearance products
5. Natural Wood & Finish Variation
Wood is a natural material. Differences in:
- Wood grain
- Color tone
- Texture
- Stain absorption
- Finish appearance
are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.
Warranty claims will not be accepted based solely on natural variations in wood products or finishes.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include:
- Customer name and contact information
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Product information
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect
- Photos of the entire cabinet or affected area (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase
Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.
7. Warranty Claim Review & Resolution
Once your claim is received:
- Claims are typically reviewed within 2 business days.
- Additional information or inspection may be required before approval.
- Approved claims will be resolved with one of the following options:
- Replacement parts or components
- Repair instructions
- Another appropriate solution determined by Cabinets.deals
Replacement parts are provided at no charge for approved warranty claims.
If a replacement component is unavailable, Cabinets.deals will work with the customer to determine a reasonable solution.
8. Shipping & Replacement Costs
For approved warranty claims:
- Standard replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
- Shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping requests.
- Warranty coverage does not include labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, or other related expenses.
9. Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty provides the exclusive remedy for covered defects.
Cabinets.deals is not responsible for:
- Installation labor costs
- Removal or replacement labor
- Project delays
- Lost time or inconvenience
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Cabinets.deals' responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective components covered under this warranty.
